The Bisbee Bus program serves the City of Bisbee and neighboring unincorporated Naco with a deviated fixed-route system which operates six days a week with a ridership averaging over 25,000 per year. The program is funded through the Federal Transit Administration as part of the Arizona Department of Transportation’s (ADOT) 5311 Rural Transit Program.

The Code Enforcement Officer performs technical field and office work to enforce municipal codes and ordinances, including zoning, environmental, housing, signage, and nuisance regulations. This position is responsible for investigating complaints, conducting inspections, issuing citations, and working collaboratively with property owners and residents to achieve voluntary compliance and enhance community appearance and safety.
Under administrative direction, directs, oversees and administers personnel functions including employee relations, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, employee health and safety, employee records and supervision of subordinate staff; ensures compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
