I joined the FBI in 2009. I was assigned to Los Angeles and worked white-collar crimes for more than a decade. I am currently a full-time firearms, tactics, and advanced law enforcement rapid response training instructor.
I joined the FBI in 2000 as a special agent in the San Francisco Field Office. Among my other duties, I have served as the bank robbery coordinator for the Sacramento Division since 2013 and as a primary relief supervisor.
After graduate school, I started my federal career in the Presidential Management Fellows Program and then served in the Department of Justice for four years before moving to the FBI.
I knew at the age of six that I wanted a career with the FBI. In 1996, I was fortunate enough to begin my career with the FBI, and I became a special agent in 2003.
I often think of how crazy it was to begin my FBI career as an analyst in Puerto Rico, thousands of miles away from my family, but it was the beginning of what continues to be an amazing journey.
I entered the FBI Academy in March 1998. I was first assigned to Washington Field Office, where I worked national security matters and white-collar crime, including espionage, health care fraud, and corporate and securities fraud.
